Code of Ethics
Since a strong sense of ethics and integrity is essential, our Corporate Code of Ethics, or “Ethical Commitment”, reflects our Mission, Vision and Values.
This Code guides us in how to act, and is the foundation for all of our Policies and Procedures.
Code of Ethics on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals
Maintaining an appropriate relationship with Healthcare Professionals is key to effectively achieve our Mission and Vision. As part of our commitment to ensure that those relationships are ethical and transparent, our Code of Ethics on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals provides clear guidelines.
Promedon’s Anti-Bribery Policy reaffirms our global commitment to fight corruption. It sets forth how to act under different international and local Anti-Bribery Legislation and establishes requirements, sanctions and tools for our dealings with Third Parties.
How to report potential Compliance violations?
To further consolidate our culture of integrity, Promedon has established the “PromEthics” reporting channel for Employees and Third Parties to report any action or situation that may breach applicable Laws, Regulations, Promedon’s Ethical Commitment, or, in general, any part of our Compliance Program.
Promedon’s Non-Retaliation Policy
In line with the principles set forth in our Corporate Code of Ethics, “Promedon does not and will not tolerate retaliation against anyone that has a concern, doubt, question, or contribution, or who files a claim regarding noncompliance or contributes to an investigation related to expected conduct under this Ethical Commitment, Local Codes of Conduct, the Company’s Policies & Procedures, and applicable Laws & Regulations. Regardless of their position or role at Promedon, anyone who engages in retaliation will be subject to the Consequences for Conduct Contrary to Our Ethical Commitment.”
