(domiciled at Avenida Manuel Savio s / n, Lote 3, Manzana 3, Parque Industrial Ferreyra, ciudad de Córdoba, province of Córdoba, Argentina, hereinafter “PROMEDON”).

The PROMEDON Website is owned and operated by PROMEDON, but the information You provide will be accessible to our affiliates in other countries, under the conditions detailed below.

There are two ways to do this:

For the resolution of any conflict or litigious issue that has contractual or extra-contractual origin, and extrajudicial or judicial treatment, from or arising from the use of the PROMEDON Website, or any situation derived from its use, or from this Privacy Policy , which the Parties cannot resolve amicably with each other, will be resolved before the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, in Spanish, and Argentine legislation will apply.
2. Particular Conditions regarding Contact Forms
By sending your data through the contact forms found on the PROMEDON Website, you give your consent and authorize PROMEDON to collect and process your data that is exposed in each form under this Policy.
You agree to provide certain and adequate data, as well as to update them if necessary. The data that in principle will be requested are the following:

We inform you that the provision of personal data requested through the forms found on the PROMEDON Website will become part of a personal database created and under the responsibility of PROMEDON S.A. in order to collect data to, mainly, classify queries according to type of public and refer to the corresponding customer service manager; assemble contact profiles by CRM according to the type of client you have consulted; segment groups of customers in CRM for the subsequent sending of direct marketing, automation or inbound marketing campaigns when this is legally permissible; and send information about the company, products, services or events related to the medical specialty of interest to the health professional (if applicable).
Likewise, these same data may be used to:
- Respond to requests: send information, contact you, communicate any changes to terms, conditions, and policies and / or other administrative information; and
- Business Purposes: data analysis, audits, site improvement, improvement of products and services, identification of Site usage trends, personalizing your experience on the Site by presenting products and offers tailored to you, and determining the effectiveness of our contacts.
The data obtained through forms found on the PROMEDON Website can be combined with other data held by PROMEDON or obtained later.
3. Particular Conditions Relating to the subscription to “Newsletters” through the PROMEDON Website
The user of the PROMEDON Website may subscribe, by sending the data provided in the form and selecting the option corresponding to “Newsletters” that PROMEDON makes.
The personal data processed in reason of the subscription to “Newsletters” will be used for the purposes of sending product information related to the medical specialty of interest of the subscriber, classifying them according to their specialty or medical interest and assembling contact profiles in the CRM.
In the same way, the user may at any time unsubscribe from the “Newsletters” through the following email address dataprotection@promedon.com or by clicking on the link that all the “Newsletters” have at its lower end to manage the cancellation with respect to it.
