For the resolution of any conflict or litigious issue that has contractual or extra-contractual origin, and extrajudicial or judicial treatment, from or arising from the use of the PROMEDON Website, or any situation derived from its use, or from this Privacy Policy , which the Parties cannot resolve amicably with each other, will be resolved before the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, in Spanish, and Argentine legislation will apply.

2. Particular Conditions regarding Contact Forms

By sending your data through the contact forms found on the PROMEDON Website, you give your consent and authorize PROMEDON to collect and process your data that is exposed in each form under this Policy.

We inform you that the provision of personal data requested through the forms found on the PROMEDON Website will become part of a personal database created and under the responsibility of PROMEDON S.A. in order to collect data to, mainly, classify queries according to type of public and refer to the corresponding customer service manager; assemble contact profiles by CRM according to the type of client you have consulted; segment groups of customers in CRM for the subsequent sending of direct marketing, automation or inbound marketing campaigns when this is legally permissible; and send information about the company, products, services or events related to the medical specialty of interest to the health professional (if applicable).

Likewise, these same data may be used to:

  • Respond to requests: send information, contact you, communicate any changes to terms, conditions, and policies and / or other administrative information; and

3. Particular Conditions Relating to the subscription to “Newsletters” through the PROMEDON Website
